Storage of raw materials at the billiard cue manufacturing factory
As a professional factory specializing in the production of mid-to-high-end billiard cues, storing various types of raw wood materials for billiard cues is one of our essential requirements. Our factory always reserves an adequate amount of raw wood materials at least two years in advance, and customers can visit the factory at any time to select the wood for their desired billiard cues.
The types of wood we store include: Maple, Eye birds wood, Eye birds Maple, Pink Ivory, Tiger Maple, Flamed Maple, Cocobolo, Amboina, Bocote, Bruyere, Ebony, Snake wood, Desert Ironwood, Zebrawood, Red sandal wood, Rose wood, Ghost face Wood etc.
All of our raw material wood is stored under constant temperature and humidity conditions and is monitored 24 hours a day. Special personnel inspect all indicators on a weekly basis, and as soon as any slight deformation is detected, we immediately take professional measures to prevent further deformation. This is why our golf clubs do not deform even after being in consumers’ hands for 10 or even 20 years, and the playing feel remains as good as new.
